Space is a feature.
SiftSpace is a native macOS cleaner built on one belief: reclaiming storage should be fast, completely transparent, and never risky.
I kept watching fast, expensive Macs choke on storage. Apple gives you a thin little bar that tells you almost nothing. The popular cleaners do the opposite: they bloat your machine, push subscriptions, and now and then delete something you actually needed. I wanted neither.
So I built SiftSpace to behave like a great tool should. It is precise about what it finds, honest about why, and conservative about what it touches. It refuses to select anything risky for you, it routes every removal through the Trash, and it sweeps a full disk in minutes without ever sending a byte off your machine.
It is free for at least its first year, and it will stay pocket friendly long after. Tidying your own disk should never require an expensive subscription.
Safe by default
The conservative choice is always the default. Nothing risky is pre-selected, and everything goes to the Trash first.
On-device, always
Your files are yours. Scanning and cleanup happen locally, with no account, no uploads, and no snooping.
Native craft
A real Mac app, not a web page in a wrapper. Fast, quiet, and built to feel like the system itself.
No nonsense
No subscription traps, no fake urgency, no dark patterns. It finds space and gets out of the way.
Who builds it
SiftSpace is built by Fahid Mohammad and shipped under Fahid Digital Ventures, a studio that makes focused, native software with a bias for craft and privacy. SiftSpace carries that same standard end to end. Made in the UAE.
