These terms govern your use of the SiftSpace application and this website. By downloading or using SiftSpace, you agree to them.

1. License

SiftSpace is provided free of charge. Fahid Digital Ventures LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use SiftSpace on Macs you own or control, for both personal and commercial use. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the application, or remove its branding.

SiftSpace is proprietary, closed-source software. Being free to use does not grant access to its source code or a right to copy, modify, or distribute it except where applicable law requires otherwise.

2. Your responsibility for cleanups

SiftSpace helps you identify and remove files, and is designed to be conservative: it moves items to the macOS Trash rather than deleting them, and it never pre-selects high-risk items. You remain responsible for reviewing what you remove. We strongly recommend keeping current backups (for example, Time Machine) before performing any cleanup.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use SiftSpace for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or circumvent the application except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Do not use the software to delete files you are not authorized to remove.

4. No warranty

SiftSpace is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fahid Digital Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of SiftSpace.

6. Intellectual property

SiftSpace, its logo, and associated marks are the property of Fahid Digital Ventures LLC. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Pricing & future changes

SiftSpace is currently free. We may introduce paid features or tiers in the future; if we do, the terms applicable to those features will be presented at that time. Changes to these terms will be posted on this page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Fahid Digital Ventures LLC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
