What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser. They're commonly used to remember preferences, keep you signed in, or measure traffic. SiftSpace's site is static and has no login, so our use of cookies is limited.

Strictly necessary

Our site is delivered through Cloudflare. To keep the site secure and protect against automated abuse, Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies (for example, __cf_bm or cf_clearance). These are required for the site to function and are not used to track you across other websites.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand aggregate traffic: which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visitors. We use this data only for aggregate site measurement; we do not use it for advertising, and we do not load advertising trackers. Analytics runs only on siftspace.app itself, never in the app. You can learn how Google processes this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out of Google Analytics entirely with the browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies as described below.

The app uses no cookies

The SiftSpace macOS application does not use cookies or web tracking of any kind. It runs locally on your Mac.

Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect the security features of the site but will not prevent you from downloading the app.
