Nothing is ever hard-deleted. Recover any item from Finder until you choose to empty the bin.
Two-step confirmation

Docker images, VM disks, databases and AI models are never treated as junk. Deleting them would break your apps, so SiftSpace won't.
Your secrets, untouched
Keychains, Mail, Messages, SSH and cloud keys are walled off from cleanup, always.
